Refund Policy
How to cancel, request a refund or report a problem with digital course content.
Effective date: 18 June 2026. This policy applies alongside, and does not reduce, your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
1. Before digital access begins
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after the contract is made. If course access has not started, contact us within that period to request cancellation.
2. Starting digital content immediately
If you ask us to provide digital course content during the cancellation period, we may request your express consent to start access and your acknowledgement that the statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply of the digital content begins. Any checkout or written order confirmation should make this clear before access starts.
3. Mentoring and support services
Where a package includes scheduled reviews, mentoring or other services, cancellation rights may differ from digital content. If you request that services begin during the cancellation period, a reasonable amount may be deducted for services already supplied, where permitted by law and agreed in advance.
Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to rearrange an agreed review session. Repeated missed sessions may be treated as delivered where this was clearly agreed.
4. Faulty or misdescribed content
If digital content is faulty, inaccessible because of an issue within our control, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. We will first try to repair access, replace the affected content or provide another appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights to a price reduction or refund remain available where applicable.
5. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email help@ragheedairfittings.co.uk with your name, purchase date, package, payment reference and reason for the request. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the order.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. We will confirm the decision and any applicable amount in writing.
7. Exclusions
We do not offer refunds merely because a purchaser changes their mind after validly consenting to immediate digital supply and losing the cancellation right, or where materials have been substantially accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. Nothing in this section affects remedies for faulty or misdescribed content.
