Terms of Service
How our online courses, templates and support services may be purchased and used.
Effective date: 18 June 2026. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
1. About us
These services are provided by Ragheed Air Fittings, 25 Evans Grove, Feltham, TW13 5QX, United Kingdom. Contact help@ragheedairfittings.co.uk or 07497 493926.
2. Course services
We provide online educational materials relating to air-conditioning installation workflow, planning, documentation, commissioning awareness and professional handover. The content included depends on the package described at the time of purchase.
Course content is educational. It does not award F-Gas certification, electrical qualifications, manufacturer approval or any other regulated licence. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate qualifications, supervision, insurance and site-specific permissions before carrying out work.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and payment has been received, unless another arrangement is agreed. Prices and included services will be shown or confirmed before payment. You must provide accurate contact and billing information.
4. Access and accounts
- Access is personal to the purchaser unless a team licence is agreed.
- You must keep any login details confidential.
- You must not share, resell, publish or distribute course materials.
- Access may be suspended where there is fraud, misuse or a serious breach of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Course videos, written lessons, templates, branding and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of Ragheed Air Fittings or the relevant rights holder. Your purchase grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning and internal work.
6. Technical availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security incidents or supplier outages may cause temporary interruption. We may improve or update content where the overall package remains substantially as described.
7. Responsibility and liability
Installation work carries technical and safety risks. Course information must be applied with professional judgement and in accordance with current law, manufacturer instructions and competent supervision. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections and court rights in the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
